With over 39 years in the entertainment business, Dawn Marie Larkin brings executive-level insight and hands-on mentorship to new and emerging actors. A former Director of Off-Air Media and Marketing for CBS Television Network, Dawn managed nationwide campaigns for Primetime and Late-Night programming across radio, streaming, VOD, and digital platforms. She also held an early leadership role at The Disney Channel. While working at CBS, she launched her Talent Management Company in 2014. She is blending her deep industry knowledge with a passion for guiding talent. She did this while working at CBS Television Network, with the permission of HR and her boss. Today, Dawn offers end-to-end coaching and consulting services designed for new actors serious about building long-term careers in the entertainment industry. What She Does for New Talent:

- Goes on set to support her actors directly
- Coordinates with directors and producers to ensure clients have the correct version of the script
- Helps manage travel logistics: airline tickets, hotel rooms, and per diem
- Acts as a liaison between production and talent to ensure a smooth experience
